Pluem Purim was born and raised in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He has only one sibling and he is younger than his sibling. He is a half Chinese and half Thai, his father is Chinese while his mother is Thai. His nickname "Pluem" means joy and happiness in thai. Back when he was a child he dreamed of becoming a policeman.

In 2016, he graduated from The Prince Royal's College in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He continued studying at the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University.As a student, his goal is to keep a GPA of 3 and above. In August 2019, Pluem started his internship.

His career in entertainment industry started when he was casted as an actor for Grean Fictions Movie with Fiat Pattadon, JJ Kritsanapoom and Jack Kittisak at 2013. He initially thought his career would end after the film Grean Fictions. However, he grew fond of it after doing more films and shows.
